Romantic Room Surprise Decor

- Ceiling Canopy: 40 to 50 Metallic or Pastel Latex balloons attached to the ceiling using adhesive dots with long curling ribbons.
- Floor Scatter: 30 to 40 Loose air-filled balloons to fill the floor space.
- Foil Accents: 2 to 3 Heart-shaped/Star-shaped foils (18 inches) or one large 'Love' script balloon.
- Petal Art: Design made with approx. 500g fresh rose petals on the bed or floor (Heart shape, initials, or 'I Love U').
Personalization
- Photo Strings: 10 to 12 printed photographs (4x6 size) hanging from the ceiling balloon ribbons.
- Banner: Standard 'Happy Birthday' or 'Happy Anniversary' cardstock bunting.
