A look at some of my favorite event setups in Bengaluru, from intimate bedroom surprises to grand wedding stages.
This glamorous birthday photo booth is one of my most requested styles. It features a brilliant gold shimmer wall that catches the light beautifully, paired with a classic black and gold organic balloon garland and a custom 'Happy Birthday' neon sign.
I make grand entrances unforgettable with indoor-safe cold pyro fireworks. This video shows a wedding reception stage I decorated, complete with a floral backdrop and dramatic cold sparklers for the couple's big moment.
For this 'Baby In Bloom' themed baby shower, I created a soft and elegant look. The setup includes a custom arched backdrop with delicate floral artwork, surrounded by a gentle cascade of pastel yellow balloons and artificial flowers.
Celebrating a silver jubilee is a special milestone. I designed this heart-shaped balloon arch in chrome magenta and white for a 25th-anniversary party, complete with marquee numbers and personalized name cutouts.
This elegant engagement or reception backdrop combines a circular frame with lush artificial greenery and blue and white flowers. A 'Better Together' neon sign and twinkling fairy lights add a romantic glow, perfect for couple photos.
Here is another take on the popular shimmer wall backdrop, perfect for a 30th birthday party. I combined a gold sequin wall with a balloon arch in pastel yellow, white, and chrome silver, along with custom marquee lights for the name and age.
I love working with bold color palettes. This birthday decoration uses a circular frame wrapped in metallic purple and pink balloons, set against a silver fringe curtain for extra sparkle. The setup is completed with marquee letters for a personalized touch.
I create fun and stylish setups for pre-wedding celebrations like this 'Bride to Be' party. This design features a full circle balloon arch in purple and white, a neon sign, and fun props like champagne bottle and ring foil balloons.

Whether you are planning a small bedroom surprise or a grand wedding entrance, I manage all the logistics personally. For larger setups like our shimmer walls, my team arrives 3 to 4 hours early to ensure the balloon volume and marquee lights are perfectly positioned before your guests arrive.
My Decoration Approach
I have been styling events across Bengaluru since 2022, focusing on setups that look as good in person as they do in photos. My work varies based on the scale of your celebration:
- Balloon & Neon Setups: These are great for birthdays and engagements. I use high-quality chrome and pastel balloons on circular frames, accented with neon signs like 'Better Together' or 'Bride to Be'.
- Grand Shimmer Walls: For weddings and milestone birthdays, I use 8x8 ft sequin panels. These provide a premium backdrop that stands out, especially when paired with marquee numbers.
- Special Effects: I can add cold pyro fireworks for grand entrances at wedding receptions, which are safe for indoor use and create a dramatic, photo-ready moment.

I work across the city, covering areas like KR Puram, Marathahalli, HSR Layout, Koramangala, and JP Nagar. When you book a package, the price typically includes delivery, setup, and teardown for rental items like frames and neon signs.
