About Intimate & Romantic Setups
A typical surprise room setup takes me about 45 to 60 minutes to complete. We use a combination of 40 to 60 balloons, fairy lights, and foil letters to create the theme. If you have specific photos you want to hang, I can incorporate those into the balloon arrangement for a personal touch.
How We Set Up Your Surprise
Whether you are planning a birthday surprise or an anniversary celebration, my goal is to make the room look special without you needing to do the heavy lifting. My standard room surprise packages range from ₹2800 to ₹4500 depending on the complexity of the design.
What Goes Into the Room Decor
- Balloon Work: We use 40 to 60 metallic or pastel balloons for the ceiling and floor. For the ceiling look, we use double-sided tape to attach air-filled balloons so they stay up without needing helium.
- Personalization: I use 16-inch foil letters for messages like HAPPY BIRTHDAY, WELCOME, or I LOVE YOU. You can pick Gold, Silver, or Rose Gold colors.
- Ambiance: Fairy lights and rose petals are part of the standard setup to give the room a warm, romantic glow.
- Photo Add-ons: If you want a more personal touch, we can print and hang 10 to 15 polaroid-style photos from the balloon strings.
