Step into my kitchen, where traditional Mediterranean recipes meet fresh local ingredients. From slow-cooked Moroccan tagines to our signature hand-rolled kunafa, every dish is a labor of love designed to transport you to the shores of the Mediterranean.

I believe dessert is not just an end to a meal, but a masterpiece in itself. Here, I am preparing our signature kunafa, layering delicate spun pastry with rich, creamy cheese, and finishing it with a sprinkle of the finest pistachios and a drizzle of fragrant syrup. This is a tradition I am proud to share.

Our Rakakat Jinbneh, or cheese rolls, are a classic Lebanese mezze. We hand-roll delicate pastry around a savory cheese filling and fry it until perfectly crisp and golden, serving it as a perfect starter to share.

This is a glimpse into the heart of my cuisine. We offer slow-cooked Lamb Shank that is tender enough to fall off the bone, as well as lighter mezze like Batata Harra, which are spiced potatoes with cilantro and chili.

From our oven to your table, we serve traditional Manakish flatbreads, perfect for sharing. This is just one part of a menu that also includes refreshing cocktails and celebratory champagne for your special events.

This is my creative take on a classic: the Baklava Cheesecake. It combines the creamy texture of New York cheesecake with the crisp, honeyed layers of traditional baklava, finished with a pistachio cream and delicate rose petals. It’s a unique fusion of flavors you will not find elsewhere.

About Our Culinary Craft

When you order our kunafa, notice the distinct audible crunch as we slice it open—that is the result of our specific technique using premium spun pastry. We do not use ready-made mixes; we prepare our mezze, dough, and syrups from scratch every single day to ensure the texture stays perfectly crisp, not soggy, by the time it reaches your table.

Our Process

We don't believe in shortcuts. For our mezze platters, we soak and blend our chickpeas daily to achieve that signature creamy hummus texture. Our pita bread is baked in-house, ensuring it arrives warm and fluffy, just as you would find in a traditional home kitchen in Lebanon or Greece.
