About Our Process & Healthy Plants
Before a single plant goes in, I focus entirely on the foundation. I do not just dump soil; I clear the ground, level it, and enrich it with organic cow dung manure to ensure the roots actually thrive rather than just survive. Whether it is a new lawn or a corner garden, that prep work is the secret to a space that stays green through the changing Delhi seasons.
Why Your Garden Needs a Strong Foundation
A beautiful garden is 20 percent planting and 80 percent preparation. When I take on a site, I start by analyzing the sunlight and soil quality. In Delhi NCR, the soil often needs deep aeration and organic enrichment before anything else. I dig 4 to 6 inches deep, clear out debris, and mix in decomposed cow dung manure and Nitrogen boosters to wake up the soil. This prevents waterlogging and gives your plants the nutrition they need to grow strong.
No Plastic, Just Real Greenery
You will not find fake, plastic decor in my gardens. I believe in the therapeutic power of real, breathing plants. I handpick every shrub and tree based on your space's light conditions. Whether it is hardy Ficus for a corner or lush carpet grass for your lawn, I select plants that are locally adaptable so they look good and actually survive in our climate.
The Step-by-Step Build
My process is about minimizing 'jhanjhat' (fuss) for you:
- Site Prep: Cleaning, leveling, and anti-termite treatment for root protection.
- Hardscaping: If we are adding pathways, I set a proper sand base so they do not sink or shift later.
- Installation: I use heavy rollers for lawn grass to remove air gaps, ensuring instant root contact.
- Final Wash: We clean up the site entirely so you walk into a finished garden, not a construction zone.
