This project involved turning a large, dusty area around unique dome structures into a fully landscaped venue. I installed lawns, pathways, and planted trees to create a welcoming environment for a commercial space.

About Commercial & Large-Scale Landscaping
Before I plant a single seed at a large campus, I focus entirely on the soil and drainage structure. Big spaces are prone to waterlogging and poor root growth, so I spend the first few days just prepping the ground properly. Whether it is a corporate office or an institution, my team ensures the foundation is strong so the landscape stays healthy and lush through every season.
Landscaping for large commercial plots is different from home gardening. It requires a systematic approach that balances aesthetics with low maintenance and durability.
My Approach to Commercial Spaces
- Site Analysis: I start by checking sunlight patterns, natural soil quality, and existing drainage to ensure we pick plants that will actually thrive in your specific location.
- Soil Enrichment: Large plots often have compacted or poor-quality earth. I dig, clear debris, and mix in manure and nitrogen boosters to create a healthy base.
- Sustainable Lawn Installation: I use hardy grass varieties like Selection No. 1 or Mexican Carpet. These are rolled, pressed with heavy rollers to remove air gaps, and watered immediately to ensure they take root quickly.
- Strategic Planting: For corporate campuses, I focus on focal trees and hedging (like Duranta or Alternanthera) that define boundaries and add character without needing constant pruning.
