You don’t need to be a fighter to start. We focus on the basics like stance, balance, and simple, effective strikes that work in real-world scenarios. Our coaches handle the pad work personally, so you learn proper form and impact, not just empty movements. It is about building the muscle memory to protect yourself.
Our self-defense program is not about complex theories. It is about physical and mental readiness. We train you in MMA fundamentals that translate to safety: understanding your range, maintaining a strong stance, and executing decisive movements.
Whether you are in Borivali or Malad, we offer a safe environment where you can learn at your own pace. You will train using focus mitts, heavy bags, and functional drills to ensure your strikes are effective. We believe in building your grit and discipline so you walk away feeling more confident in your daily life.
