It's never too early to build confidence. We start training kids as young as five, teaching them basic boxing skills, discipline, and coordination in a fun and supportive setting.
Fitness is a lifelong journey that can start at any age. Our coach and his son demonstrate kettlebell squats and other exercises, showing that building strength is an activity the whole family can share.

In our sessions, we don't just teach punches; we teach your child the discipline of standing tall. Every class involves a mix of boxing drills and functional games that keep them engaged, not bored. We make sure they leave the mat with more confidence than when they walked in—because for us, sports isn't just a workout, it's a foundation for their life.
Why Start Early?
Screens are everywhere, and kids today need a reason to move that isn't a chore. At Let's Play Academy, our sessions are designed to be the highlight of their day. Whether it's a 5-year-old learning to balance or a teenager mastering footwork, the goal remains the same: build a strong body and a sharp mind.
What Happens in a Session?
We keep it dynamic. A typical 60-75 minute session isn't standing in line; it's active. We focus on:
- Boxing Fundamentals: Learning the jab, cross, and guard helps with coordination and focus.
- Functional Fun: We use battle ropes, tire flips, and games that feel more like play than exercise.
- Building Grit: We teach them that it’s okay to miss a punch or drop a rep. What matters is getting back up. That’s the 'Let's Play' philosophy.
The Mumbai Community
You can find us in Borivali West and Malad West, conducting batches that feel like a team, not a boot camp. We keep our groups small (10-20 kids) because form matters. Our coaches provide real-time correction, so your child learns the right way to move, whether they are here for fitness, self-defense, or just to burn off some energy.
If you are wondering about safety, we train on EVA foam mats with professional-grade gear. We have built a space where beginners feel welcome and athletes feel challenged. Come by, watch a session, and let your kid jump into the ring. Bas shuru ho jao.
