Creating a celebration cake is about more than just the look. My process starts with sourcing high-quality ingredients, specifically 54.5% Callebaut dark chocolate and pure butter, to ensure the sponge is as good as the finish.
For your custom design, I work with modern sharp-edge techniques, palette knife textures, and edible gold leaf to create a visual statement. If you are looking for a unique shape, my brownie monograms can be customized with your choice of toppings like Ferrero Rocher or Oreos. For more traditional milestones, my tiered cakes use sturdy, high-quality drums and structures to keep everything secure during delivery across Delhi and Gurgaon.
I also prioritize inclusivity in my kitchen. If you have specific dietary needs, I can prepare eggless, gluten-free, or refined sugar-free sponge options without compromising on texture.
