A rich, 8-inch Hazelnut Brownie Cake. I decorated the edges with chocolate frosting and a sprinkle of edible butterflies and flowers for a pop of color.

A delicious Lotus Biscoff Mousse Cake. This 650g cake is topped with a creamy Biscoff drip, whipped cream swirls, and a signature Lotus biscuit.

A heart-shaped monogram tart I made for Valentine's Day. It's loaded with fresh strawberries, pink chocolates, marshmallows, and edible flowers.

A two-tiered cake for a Candyland themed party. The bottom tier was Chocolate Raspberry and the top was Fresh Fruit, all decorated with candy-colored drips, rainbows, and sweets.

Here’s a little peek at how I decorate a monogram tart. This 'V' shaped tart is made with a cookie base, piped with blue and white cream, and topped with handmade rainbows, hearts, and gold accents.

My Triple Chocolate Ganache Brownie Cake is pure indulgence. This 7-inch walnut brownie cake is decorated with different chocolate piping styles and delicate golden butterflies.
