My festive Mince Pie is a savory delight, perfect for Christmas. It features a seasoned chicken or mushroom mince encased in a flaky, buttery puff pastry that I make entirely from scratch.

When I make my savory pies, I start with real butter and skip the margarine entirely. It is a labour of love that makes a massive difference in texture compared to store-bought pastry, and you can really taste that freshness in every bite.
