About Our Heartbeat: The Educators & Community
You won't find rigid hierarchies here, but a group of specialists who treat child development as their primary craft. Our entire team—from lead educators to support staff—undergoes regular Basic Life Support (BLS) training and peer-led workshops to ensure that every interaction is both nurturing and expertly prepared.
Our team consists of early years educators, occupational therapists, and development specialists who share a common purpose: to honor the child’s voice. We don't hire just to fill roles; we look for individuals who demonstrate the curiosity, empathy, and patience that define the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
A Culture of Continuous Learning
Teaching is a practice of constant refinement. Our team meets regularly to share observations, review documentation, and reflect on the 'why' behind our methods. This peer-to-peer mentorship model means that new educators bring fresh perspectives, while senior leads provide the grounding in our 20-year legacy of play-based pedagogy.

A child can only explore freely if they feel secure. This is why every single staff member, including support staff, undergoes comprehensive Basic Life Support and first-aid training. When you walk into our Green Park, Vasant Vihar, or Noida centers, you are entering a space where the team is fully prepared to support your child’s development at every turn.
