Our training environment goes beyond just square footage. From our Myrtha-built Olympic swimming pool, which uses waste heat from our building's HVAC system to maintain precise temperatures, to the VALD performance-tracking technology in our high-performance gym, every detail is engineered to support your consistent athletic improvement.
Located in Sarjapur, our 2-acre arena is built to provide an environment where you can train with precision. We do not believe in 'play until you drop' culture. Instead, we have integrated recovery and performance monitoring into the facility design.

- Aquatics: Our Olympic-standard swimming pool is built by Myrtha Pools. It features a movable bulkhead to divide the pool into two 25-meter lanes, allowing for dual temperature zones and diverse training programs from infant classes to triathlon prep.
- Indoor Courts: We feature two five-a-side indoor football pitches with premium turf, NBA-grade American hardwood for basketball, and BWF-certified badminton courts.
- Squash: Our ASB System 100 squash courts are the gold standard for competitive play and tournament hosting.
