About this collection
When you book a cultural workshop, I handle the choreography to ensure non-dancers feel confident, the music selection to match your event theme, and the coordination so your group looks great. Whether it is a quick 45-minute energizer for an office event or a detailed 90-minute session for a festival, I adapt the routine so everyone can participate regardless of their fitness level.
My approach to event dance and fitness is simple: movement is a universal language. From Garba and Dandiya during Navratri to graceful Onam group performances, I focus on simplified routines that allow participants to learn quickly and enjoy the process.
For corporate events, I mix fitness with fun team-building activities, helping break the ice through shared movement. I travel across Bengaluru to offices, event spaces, and public venues with my own backup audio setup for smaller sessions. For larger crowds, I work with event MCs to ensure the energy stays high throughout the performance.
I offer three main formats for these events:
- Office Energizer: 45 to 60 minutes of Zumba and BollyBeat designed to boost morale and get teams moving.
- Festive Fusion: 60 to 90-minute themed workshops (Garba, Bhangra, Women's Day specials) that include teaching, practice, and a final group routine.
- Crowd Energizer: High-voltage 20 to 30-minute performances to hype up 200+ attendees at marathons or large public gatherings.
