About this collection
For these events, I always arrive 30 minutes early to sync with your MC and test the sound system. You want the music to hit the back of the crowd, not just the front, so I bring a portable backup setup to ensure the energy stays consistent for every single runner, no matter the group size.
When you have a few hundred people gathering for a marathon or a charity walk, the atmosphere can get nervous quickly. My job is to shift that tension into pure adrenaline. I design my pre-race warm-up routines to be accessible, rhythmic, and safe. We focus on dynamic movements like side lunges and rhythmic steps that activate the major muscle groups without exhausting the participants before the starting gun goes off.
I mix Latin Zumba hits with high-energy Bollywood tracks to keep the vibe fresh. It is not about technical perfection; it is about crowd energizer tactics. Whether it is an early 5 AM start or a mid-morning run, I work with the event organizers to ensure the flow is seamless.
Sikhne ki koi age limit nahi hoti hai (there is no age limit to learning), and that applies to fitness too. I have seen children and seniors joining in side-by-side, which is the beauty of these sessions. I am certified in CPR and prioritize safe group stretching practices, so your runners avoid injury and stay motivated.
