About Become a Pizza Pro

Most home pizza attempts fail at the dough stage—it’s either too sticky or tough as rubber. In our session, we skip the theory and get right into handling pre-fermented sourdough, teaching you the exact pressure for kneading and stretching so you get that airy, blistered crust every time you bake.

Your Pizza, Your Rules

Think of this as a playground, not a classroom. We believe the best way to learn is by getting your hands messy. In our 2-hour 'Become a Pizza Pro' workshop, you aren't just watching a chef demo—you are doing the work. You’ll be managing your own workstation, from tossing the dough to balancing the acidity of our San Marzano-style sauce with fresh toppings.
