We bring learning out of the classroom and into the garden. From planting seeds to exploring local ecosystems, our outdoor activities help children grow in patience, curiosity, and confidence.

Watching the germination process from start to finish. In this group activity, each child planted their own seeds and took responsibility for watering them, learning firsthand about the life cycle of a plant.

Our garden is a living classroom. Here, children are learning to care for the plants they've sown, from watering the seedlings to carefully harvesting chillies. This hands-on work fosters a deep connection to their food and the earth.

Our excited explorers on a field trip to the GKVK Farm. The children had a memorable day plucking mangoes, walking through lush greenery, and learning about agriculture, connecting their classroom lessons to the real world.

Trailing through nature at Cubbon Park! During this guided walk, children went on a scavenger hunt for different leaves and learned to identify various species of birds and insects, turning the park into an exciting science lab.

We made our own mehendi from scratch! The children plucked leaves from the mehendi plant in our garden, learned how the paste is made, and experienced the beautiful, natural art of henna.

Overcoming fear with curiosity. The children's reactions to meeting a snake for the first time were priceless. This safe, supervised encounter taught them to approach unfamiliar creatures with respect instead of fear.

Freedom to explore, move, and imagine. Our outdoor space is a place for children to develop problem-solving skills, physical coordination, and social bonds through unstructured play.

Why is outdoor play so important? We believe that stepping back and letting children explore, take small risks, and connect with nature is the best way to build resilience, independence, and a secure attachment.

About Nature, Gardening & Outdoor Exploration

Our garden isn't just a patch of grass. It is a living classroom where kids actually water, weed, and harvest vegetables. If you are wondering if your child will get messy, the answer is yes, and that is exactly the point. It is through this direct interaction with nature that they develop fine motor skills and the patience required to nurture a plant from seed to table.
