Why We Do What We Do
I want everyone to feel safe, wherever you go. Krav Maga isn't about medals or fancy moves - it's what you need to survive and get home in one piece. Our motto says it all: so that one may walk in peace.
What Makes Krav Maga Different
It’s not a sport, bhai (brother). No referees, no ring. I teach what the Israeli Defense Forces use - straight-up survival. You learn how to deal with real fights, not movie stunts. Expect a mix of punchy techniques, sharp thinking, and training your mind to not freeze up when things get rough.
Classes for Everyone
- Adults (men & women): You’ll get practical self-defense for women and men, no matter your background.
- Women-only: Safe space to work on grabs, chokes, and ground defense. Confidence and strength, minus the macho vibes.
- Kids and teens: Training is fun, builds confidence, and helps them handle bullies. Kids and teens Krav Maga is all about age-appropriate protection.
What You’ll Actually Learn
- Striking and blocking
- How to handle chokes, grabs, ground attacks
- Real-world threat response, even weapons (knives, sticks, guns)
- Dealing with more than one attacker
