Real fights are messy and chaotic. My training in CR Park simulates this pressure, teaching you to react instead of freezing. It is not about fitness—it is about survival.

This is a ground fighting stress drill. Students must defend themselves and get back to their feet while dealing with strikes and pressure from multiple angles. This builds resilience and the ability to function when you're in a vulnerable position.

This is a glimpse of our sparring session. It's not about scoring points; it's about applying techniques under pressure against a resisting opponent. We use smoke and multiple training pairs to simulate the chaos of a real confrontation.

This video shows a variety of our training drills. From stick fighting exercises to intense pad work and ground defense, we constantly push our students to adapt and react in different scenarios.

A typical class involves intense conditioning, ground fighting drills, and practical self-defense techniques. We build a strong physical base so your body can execute what your mind knows.

This is a ground survival drill. The student on the bottom is learning to control the opponent's posture and create space to escape or counter-attack. Fights often end up on the ground, and you must be prepared for it.

This ground-and-pound drill teaches students how to defend and counter-attack from the floor. The student on the ground practices kicking to create distance while another applies pressure with a strike shield.

We often take our training outdoors to prepare for different environments. Here, a group of students practices defense against multiple attackers in a park, learning to use space and awareness outside the gym.

This video showcases the intensity of our conditioning and combat drills. We use heavy bags, ground-and-pound exercises, and sparring to build the physical and mental endurance needed for a real fight.

Sparring is a critical component of my training. It allows students to test their skills in a live, dynamic environment. Here you can see students practicing their striking, defense, and footwork against a partner.

This clip shows our kids' class in action. We teach them practical self-defense and build their confidence through fun but challenging drills, including pad work and sparring.

About Realistic Stress Drills & Conditioning

In my CR Park basement facility, we do not play by gym rules. We train in low light with noise and multiple attackers, so your body learns to react under genuine adrenaline. You are not just learning moves; you are building the physical muscle memory required to handle real-world fear.

Most martial arts academies focus on scoring points or learning katas. That does not help you when you are on the street. In my Realistic Stress Drills and Conditioning sessions, we strip away the theory and focus on what actually works under pressure.

Why We Train Under Chaos

When a real threat appears, your brain can freeze. By simulating high-stress scenarios in my facility, we force your nervous system to adapt. We use loud, unpredictable variables—like smoke, dark rooms, and multiple attackers—to replicate the confusion of a real confrontation.

What You Will Learn

  • Adrenaline Management: How to control your breathing and thinking when your heart rate spikes.
  • Ground Survival: What to do when you are knocked down and have to get back up while being kicked or struck.
  • Full-Contact Drills: We use heavy bags and training shields to build your power, while partner rotations teach you to adapt to different body types and aggression levels.

This is not a yoga class. You will be tired, you will be sweating, and you will be pushed. But you will walk away knowing that your body can execute what your mind knows, even when you are exhausted. If you are looking for a gentle workout, this is not for you. If you want to be street-ready and capable of handling a crisis, come train with me.

I started Contact Combat India because I was tired of seeing people train for movies instead of reality. My methods are drawn from Israeli Krav Maga and military-style conditioning, focused entirely on survival and neutralising threats. I do not care about fancy belts; I care about you going home safe.
