Krav Maga Self-Defense Training in Delhi
Krav Maga is not a sport or a movie stunt. It is a reality-based system for survival. Learn to defend yourself in real-world scenarios, whether you are a civilian or a security professional.
This video shows the power and versatility of women in Krav Maga. From striking drills to weapon defense, my female students train with the same intensity and effectiveness as anyone else. This is about empowerment and real-world capability.
About About Krav Maga
Real combat is unpredictable, which is why we do not train in a sanitized, comfortable gym. In our CR Park facility, we use limited cooling and high-pressure, chaotic drills to simulate the reality of a street encounter. You are not just learning how to punch; you are training your central nervous system to react instantly and effectively when you are actually threatened, ensuring you don't freeze when it matters most.
The Reality of Krav Maga
Most martial arts are designed for a ring, with referees, rules, and weight classes. Krav Maga is the opposite. It was developed for the military and later adapted for civilians to survive the worst possible scenarios. When I teach, I ignore the showy kicks and rigid forms. I teach what works when you are tired, scared, and physically outmatched.
Why Our Training is Different
- No Rules: In a street fight, there are no judges. We focus on 'dirty tricks'—eye gouges, groin strikes, and throat attacks—because these are the techniques that stop a threat immediately.
- Stress Testing: We train in the dark, with loud noises, and with multiple attackers. You need to know how your body feels when adrenaline dumps into your system. If you haven't felt that pressure in training, you won't know how to handle it on the street.
- Weapon Defense: Whether you are facing a knife, a stick, or a firearm, the goal is simple: create distance, control the weapon, and neutralize the attacker. We use rubber training guns and shock knives to make the drills as close to reality as possible.
Where We Train
Based out of Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi, my facility is designed to be functional, not fancy. It is a place for hard work. Whether you are looking for a 90-minute tactical workshop to learn knife defense or want to enroll in a 10-day intensive bootcamp, the focus remains the same: physical and mental toughness. You will leave with sweat, bruises, and, most importantly, the skills to go home safe.

I started Contact Combat India because I wanted to teach survival, not show-off moves. I have trained everyone from the Army and Delhi Police to everyday folks who just want to stay safe. If you are serious about learning how to fight back when it matters, you are in the right place.
