This progression drill builds strength and timing for drives. We start with a heavy bat and heavy balls to develop wrist power, then switch to a lighter wind ball to refine the smooth flow of the shot.
To master batting in tricky conditions, we use wet rubber balls on a plastic mat. This drill forces the batter to adjust their balance and timing on a slippery surface, preparing them for any match situation.
