Wicket-Keeping and Bowling Drills Training
Precision in the field and control on the pitch don't happen by accident. We use repetitive, high-intensity drills to turn basics into your second nature.
Behind the stumps with our wicket-keepers. This drill focuses on soft hands, quick glove work, and staying low to gather the ball cleanly.
Mastering precision, ball by ball. This spot bowling drill helps our bowlers improve their control and consistency, hitting the target area repeatedly.
One delivery at a time. A bowler works on his action and release during an indoor net session, aiming for consistency and pace.
A wicket-keeping drill using obstacles to improve footwork and collection on both sides of the stumps. Precision and agility are key.
Sharp skills, swift hands. A wicket-keeper works on a challenging drill with obstacles to improve reaction time and gathering technique.
About this collection
For our bowlers, it is about hitting that one target area repeatedly until it becomes muscle memory. For our keepers, we remove the comfort zone; we use obstacles to force quick footwork and soft hands, simulating the erratic bounces you face in a real match. This is not just practice; it is about building the discipline to deliver when the pressure is high.
Building Consistency on the Pitch
Bowling is 90% repetition and 10% execution. Whether you are a pacer looking to hit the deck hard or a spinner working on your flight, our spot-bowling drills are designed to build line and length consistency. We use cones as targets and incorporate sidearm throwers to simulate the speed and angles you will actually encounter during a match.
We do not just bowl; we train.
- Targeted Spot Bowling: Using cones and markers to build discipline in line and length.
- Action Correction: Feedback on run-up and release point to ensure you are not wasting energy.
- Match Simulation: We place fielders and set pressure scenarios so you learn how to bowl to a plan, not just at the stumps.
Keeping: Sharp Hands, Quicker Reactions
Wicket-keeping is a lonely, high-pressure job. If your feet are lazy, the ball gets past you. Our training focuses on the fundamentals of the stance, balance, and soft hands. We use specialized obstacles to replicate unpredictable deliveries, forcing you to adjust your body position instantly.
- Glove Work & Soft Hands: Drills focusing on gathering the ball cleanly without snatching.
- Agility & Reaction: Using obstacles and short-distance drills to improve your movement behind the stumps.
- Stump Awareness: Mastering the gather and flick in one motion.
Whether you are training at our Chembur facility or our Sion ground, the intensity remains the same. If you are serious about your game, off-season is when you get ahead. Man ke jeete jeet hai—win in your mind, and the performance follows.
