Forget counting reps on a machine. In my Bhangra and Haryanvi sessions, we focus on high-cardio, rhythmic movements that keep your heart rate up for the entire hour. I choreograph these routines myself to ensure every song is a banger, and because I constantly update the steps, your body never gets bored of the same repetitive routine.
