Building Blocks of Fitness: Agility, Speed & Coordination
We turn movement into a game. From obstacle courses to agility ladders, our drills help your child build a strong athletic base while having a blast.
A young athlete masters the stairs, building leg strength and coordination. Every part of our facility is used to create fun challenges that improve fundamental motor skills.
Discipline is a key life skill we teach. Here, I am explaining the rules of a cone-pickup drill to our youngest athletes. It's about listening, understanding instructions, and then executing the task.
The final round of an obstacle race. You can feel the energy as the kids run, jump through hoops, and navigate cones. Go, go, go. This is how we build speed and stamina.
Look at them go. Running drills using spot markers and cones are a staple in our classes. It’s a fun way to improve speed and agility for kids of all ages.
A proper warm-up is the most important part of any session. Here, our kids are going through a series of dynamic exercises to prevent injuries and prepare their bodies for the game.
We combine different exercises to keep things interesting. This drill mixes front and lateral hurdle jumps for power with a rugby tag game for agility and fun.
High-knee drills are excellent for improving running form and coordination. Our coaches guide the kids to ensure they are doing the movements correctly.
Our coaches provide hands-on guidance, correcting posture and ensuring each child performs the drill safely. This personal attention helps build a strong athletic foundation.

Bending and touching the markers is a great drill for flexibility and body control. We make sure every child gets the technique right.
About Building Blocks of Fitness: Agility, Speed & Coordination
We break down complex movements into small, repeatable steps. When your child navigates our ladder drills or hurdle jumps, they aren't just playing; they are actively learning spatial awareness and body control. By mixing these high-repetition exercises with fun, interactive games, we ensure they build real-world stamina and agility without ever feeling bored or pressured.
At our Paschim Vihar indoor hub, we believe the best athletic foundation is built before a child ever tries to specialize in a single sport.
Why these drills matter: It isn't just about running fast. Our curriculum for kids aged 3–12 focuses on fundamental motor skills—crawling, jumping, balancing, and changing direction—that are essential for any physical activity. We use specialized equipment like agility ladders, mini-hurdles, and cones to teach the body how to react. This is how we take a child who is just learning to move and help them become confident on their feet.
The 'Speedupkids' Approach:
- Safe Environment: Our facility features synthetic green PVC matting, designed specifically for impact absorption so kids can fall, jump, and run safely.
- Small Batches: With an 8:1 coach-to-child ratio, we ensure every kid gets personal attention. We correct postures and guide them through drills personally.
- Progressive Difficulty: Whether it’s a hurdle jump or a cone-weaving exercise, we scale the challenge based on the child's age and ability.
We aren't creating Olympians overnight. We are creating happy, active, and coordinated kids who feel good about what their bodies can do. If you want your child to trade screen time for active, purposeful movement, come see how we train.
