About Online Personal Training
You need nothing more than a 6x6 ft space to start. Unlike generic fitness apps that have you doing endless jumping jacks, my sessions focus on technical shadowboxing mechanics, stance correction, and bodyweight conditioning that actually builds a fighter's physique. I am watching your form on the live call, and I will correct you until you get it right.
Real Training, No Shortcuts
I treat online personal training exactly like I treat my in-person sessions at the Gaur City gym. There is no hiding on camera. You will be doing rounds of shadowboxing, footwork drills, and calisthenics designed to build explosive power and stamina.
How We Work Online
We train via live 1-on-1 calls. This is not a recorded video you watch on your own time. You and I are connected in real-time. I watch your movement, your guard, and your punch angles.
- Phase 1: Foundation. We build your stance, balance, and basic movement patterns so you do not build bad habits.
- Phase 2: Conditioning. We use high-intensity bodyweight circuits—burpees, push-ups, and interval drills—to keep your heart rate up.
- Phase 3: Integration. We combine everything into fluid fight combinations, sharpening your reflexes.
Why This Works
Most online fitness programs fail because there is no accountability. Here, you have a coach pushing you through the screen. If your energy drops, I know it immediately. If your technique is sloppy, I stop the drill and fix it. You get the same discipline, the same corrections, and the same intensity as someone standing on my mats.
