Our Saturdays are for dancing. We offer a full day of classes including Yoga, Bollywood, a special Reel Batch, Kids Dance Training, Salsa, and Bachata.
Spend your Sunday with us. We have morning Yoga followed by Bollywood, a Reel Batch, Kids Dance Training, and afternoon sessions for Salsa and Bachata.
About Find Your Class: Schedules & Details
You can pick a mix of morning and evening sessions that actually fits your routine. We offer everything from early morning yoga for a fresh start to high-energy evening Bollywood and salsa batches. If you are unsure which level or style is right for you, we always recommend booking a trial class first—it is the easiest way to feel the energy of our Green Park studio before you commit to a full month.
Finding Your Rhythm
We keep our schedule flexible because we know your day is busy. Whether you are looking for a morning yoga session to wake up or a high-energy salsa batch to unwind after work, there is a slot for you. Our classes are based out of Green Park Extension and Safdarjung Enclave, designed to be easily accessible for anyone in South Delhi.
How Our Classes Work
- Beginner Friendly: Most of our students walk in with zero dance background. We break down every step, so you never feel out of place.
- No Partner Needed: For our Latin batches like Salsa and Bachata, you do not need to bring a partner. We rotate and manage the groups so everyone gets to dance.
- Fitness That Doesn't Feel Like A Gym: Our Bollywood cardio batches are designed to keep you moving and sweating while having fun. It is more of a party than a typical workout.
Customizing Your Schedule
We offer group batches across the week, but if your schedule is too erratic, we also offer private sessions. You can choose to have a trainer come to your home or book a private slot at our studio.
