About Yoga & Wellness
Rohit—our resident 'Iron Man'—leads these sessions, and he keeps the lectures to a minimum. We focus on Hatha and Ashtanga flows that actually help you stretch and build strength, rather than just forcing impossible poses. If you want to try partner acro-yoga or just need a solid workout that leaves you feeling good, come by for a trial.

We believe yoga shouldn't feel like a rigid lecture. Our studio in Green Park and Safdarjung is set up to be a chill space where you can focus on your fitness without judgment. We keep the groups small enough to offer individual attention, which means you get real guidance on your form.

- Strength & Wellness: Beyond the mat, we incorporate functional strength training to help with toning and stamina. It is a full-body approach to health.
- Partner Acro-Yoga: For those who want to challenge themselves, we introduce partner work that builds trust and balance. It is a great way to push your boundaries in a safe environment.
Whether you are an early riser or prefer an evening stretch, our flexible batch timings help you fit wellness into your busy schedule. If you are worried about your current fitness level, do not be.
