Legacy recipes passed down through generations, slow-cooked in our Frazer Town kitchen to bring authentic flavour to your table.

A large pot of our authentic Muslim-style biryani, cooked over firewood. The long-grain basmati rice and tender meat are layered and slow-cooked to perfection.

This is our Mutton Khichda, a Kutchi Memon specialty. It's a wholesome, protein-rich dish made with wheat, lentils, and tender chunks of mutton, slow-cooked with spices.

Our best-selling Chicken Chops. The chicken is marinated for over six hours in a secret red masala and then pan-tossed, making it a flavorful and healthier alternative to deep-fried kebabs.

Our home-style Pepper Chicken Gravy, made from scratch for every order. This spicy, aromatic curry pairs wonderfully with our freshly baked Sheermal naan.

Tandoori Seer Fish, a showstopper for any event. The whole fish is marinated in tandoori spices and yogurt, then cooked until tender and flaky.

A truly special dish for celebrations: our Stuffed Chicken. A whole chicken is filled with a delicious mixture of spiced keema and boiled eggs, then roasted to perfection.

Succulent baked lamb chops, seasoned with herbs and spices. This is a fantastic option for a formal sit-down dinner or a special occasion feast.

About this collection

When you order our signature biryanis or khichda, know that we don't rely on standard commercial burners for the final stage. We use traditional firewood setups for the slow-cooking process. It changes the flavour profile completely, giving that smoky, deep essence that you simply cannot replicate with gas, which is exactly why our regular customers can tell the difference the moment they open the container.

Our approach to main courses is rooted in the Kutchi Memon traditions my mother taught me back in 1984. This isn't mass-produced banquet food. Every dish is made with the same passion we use for our own family gatherings.

The Signature Mains

  • Authentic Dum Biryani: We use long-grain basmati and a high meat-to-rice ratio, slow-cooked on firewood to lock in the aroma of the whole spices. Whether it is chicken or mutton, the balance of the salan and raita is what makes it a complete meal.
  • Mutton Khichda: This is a true labour of love. Unlike a standard Haleem, our Kutchi Memon recipe is packed with lentils, wheat, and generous chunks of tender mutton. It is rich, hearty, and arguably the most filling item on our menu.
  • Stuffed Chicken: A whole chicken roasted to perfection, filled with a spiced keema and boiled egg mixture. It is a showstopper for any dinner table.

Practical Details

We operate out of our kitchen in Frazer Town. Because we cook from scratch, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all orders. Whether you are hosting an intimate house party for 15 or a larger celebration, we provide the food ready-to-serve in hot packs or traditional vessels. We handle the cooking so you can focus on being the perfect host.
