About Our Signature Main Courses

When you order our signature biryanis or khichda, know that we don't rely on standard commercial burners for the final stage. We use traditional firewood setups for the slow-cooking process. It changes the flavour profile completely, giving that smoky, deep essence that you simply cannot replicate with gas, which is exactly why our regular customers can tell the difference the moment they open the container.
