This is where all the training pays off. Watch my students showcase their skill, speed, and strategy in real Kyurogi (sparring) matches from various tournaments. Every fight is a lesson, whether we win or lose.
The Art of Discipline: Training Sessions
Champions are made before they ever enter the ring. This is a look at our daily grind, focusing on everything from Poomsae (forms) and agility drills to intense speed kicking and sparring practice. We train students from as young as six, building a strong foundation in line with Kukkiwon standards.
