About this collection
Before we bring in the plants, we secure your roof. We prioritize professional waterproofing and use lightweight soil mixes like perlite and coco-peat to manage structural weight. This ensures your terrace garden remains a safe, peaceful retreat for years without hidden structural headaches.
A terrace garden is more than a collection of pots. It is a structural engineering project that happens to be beautiful. When we design a rooftop sanctuary, we look at the site's natural microclimate, sun exposure, and load-bearing capacity first.
Our Approach to Rooftop Design
- Structural Safety: We start with a waterproof screed application or a brush bond layer. This protects your slab before we install a single deck board or planter.
- Vertical Greenery: For compact urban terraces, we utilize vertical wall systems. These bio-walls come with automated drip irrigation timers, so your plants stay lush even when you are busy.
- Material Selection: We use WPC or natural Ipe wood decking for lounging areas. These materials withstand the harsh sun and rain better than standard alternatives.
- Lighting: We install IP65-rated LED strip lights under steps and seating, and spike lights for plants. This adds a soft, warm glow that makes the terrace usable and relaxing well into the night.

We also integrate Vastu or Manaiyadi Shastra principles if that is important to your home harmony.
