About this collection
Most city balconies are underutilized because of limited space or maintenance fears. When we convert a standard 60-80 sq. ft. area, we prioritize lightweight materials like artificial turf and FRP planters over heavy soil. This approach gives you a lush, always-green corner without worrying about structural loads or constant gardening work.
Our approach to terrace and balcony design revolves around utility. A cramped city balcony can feel expansive with the right layout. We start by analyzing your sunlight and usage patterns. If you want a morning coffee spot, we prioritize comfortable seating and privacy screens made of bamboo or wicker. If it is an evening hangout zone, we introduce WPC decking and integrated LED strip lighting to set the mood after sunset.
We often install vertical garden panels or trellis walls for creepers to maximize greenery without eating up your floor space. For larger terraces, we bring in structural elements like mild steel pergolas with toughened glass roofs. These allow you to enjoy the outdoors even during Bengaluru's monsoon season.
Maintenance is always a concern. We solve this by using drip irrigation for larger setups and hardy, air-purifying plants like Snake Plants or Areca Palms. These choices ensure your sanctuary stays vibrant with minimal effort. Whether you have a compact apartment balcony or a sprawling rooftop, we tailor the hardscaping, such as river stone borders or natural stone pathways, to fit the specific architecture of your home.
