A glimpse into our philosophy of building living stories—from grand classical estates to tranquil modern sanctuaries across South India.

This is where the magic happens after sunset. For the Amberle farmhouse, I designed a custom lighting scheme with subtle LEDs under the steps to create an inviting glow, transforming the garden into an enchanting space that beckons you outdoors.

I believe landscape architecture can create a legacy. For 'The Palace Promised', I designed a landscape of pure grandeur, with manicured lawns and classical stone details that complement the magnificent scale of this 30,000 sq. ft. masterpiece.

This is a preview of 'Zen Oasis', a contemporary residence where the landscape and architecture are one. The design uses clean lines and large glass openings to blur the boundary between the lush exterior and the serene interior living spaces.

My philosophy is to work with nature, not against it. At the 'Grid in the Grove' farmhouse, the entire design was built around the existing coconut grove, creating a rustic, Hampi-inspired retreat that feels completely integrated with its surroundings.

From classical palaces to modern bungalows and contemporary villas, my work spans a diverse range of architectural styles. This quick reel offers a glimpse into the different worlds I help create, each tailored to the unique site and client vision.

Even a city terrace can become a personal sanctuary. For the 'Opulent Abode' penthouse, I designed this peaceful garden with a calming Buddha statue, a small water feature, and a mix of potted and hanging plants to create a lush escape from the urban environment.

God is in the details. This exterior staircase for the 'House Reversed' project in Hassan showcases my passion for materials, featuring Bianco and Blue Pearl granite steps with a modern glass handrail for a truly luxurious entrance.

About Featured

You will notice in our work that the site often dictates the design. We do not force a structure onto a plot. Instead, we align with the existing landscape, such as preserving coconut trees in our farmhouse layouts or utilizing existing contours, so the home feels like it has always belonged there.

This is the entrance I designed for Ekadanta, a 41-acre sustainable farming community. The brick archway creates a grand yet welcoming feel, setting the stage for a place where architecture and nature live in harmony. It's a first impression that speaks to our goal of blending luxury with eco-consciousness.7
A look into the central courtyard at Urban Gurukul, a K-12 school I designed. The space is a secure, vibrant play area for kindergarteners, using bright colors and open corridors to inspire joy and learning. My focus here was on creating interactive spaces that make education a hands-on experience.
This is a real-world example of my principles in action. The building uses compressed stabilized earth blocks (CSEB) and a Mangalore tile roof, materials local to the region. This approach, known as vernacular architecture, reduces environmental impact and creates structures that are naturally suited to the climate.

We design homes around light, air, and nature. This central courtyard, a modern interpretation of the traditional `mutram`, forms the green heart of this farmhouse, connecting all living spaces and creating a tranquil, private oasis for the family.8
This expansive living area in one of our farmhouse projects showcases our approach to warm, luxurious interiors. We use a palette of rich textures, including natural wood ceilings and polished marble floors, to create a space that is both grand and inviting, with abundant natural light.
The play of light and shadow through this bespoke `jaali` screen is a signature element in our designs. It provides natural ventilation and passive cooling while casting intricate patterns, adding a layer of artistry and heritage to the modern interior.
The facade of the Eco Terre residence demonstrates our expertise in modern residential architecture and eco-friendly renovation. We combined wood cladding, large glass panels, and clean lines to create a visually striking exterior that respects its natural surroundings.

This master bedroom in our Mangalore waterfront project was designed to feel like a private retreat. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls dissolve the boundary between the interior and the expansive river view, while the high, angled ceiling enhances the sense of space and light.7
In this Bengaluru apartment, we integrated traditional Indian architectural elements within a contemporary living space. The intricately carved wooden pillars and oonjal (swing) create a focal point, celebrating heritage while maintaining a modern, open-concept feel.
We designed this bedroom around organic forms and tactile surfaces. The custom-designed, wave-like headboard with integrated backlighting creates a soft, sculptural feature wall, complemented by the textured plaster and warm wood tones for a serene atmosphere.
This rooftop terrace in Mangaluru is an urban oasis we designed to blend architecture with nature. A sleek metal pergola provides structure and shade, while the vertical garden wall and rich wooden decking create a lush, biophilic escape from the city below.

This modern rustic home, known as the 'Mountain Abode', captures the feeling of a mountainside retreat. The exterior lighting design highlights the texture of the stacked stone and the clean lines of the metal-clad roof against the evening sky.7
In this contemporary Indian home, I used traditional wooden columns and a filler slab ceiling to create a sense of heritage and volume. The grand chandelier adds a touch of elegance to the double-height space.
I believe ceilings are a fifth wall waiting for a story. This exposed brick vault ceiling, accented with minimalist pendant lights, creates a warm, dramatic corridor and showcases a love for textural details.
