We blend traditional South Indian vernacular architecture with modern luxury. From climate-responsive farmhouses to eco-friendly urban homes, we create spaces that prioritize natural light, cross-ventilation, and your daily routine.

We design homes around light, air, and nature. This central courtyard, a modern interpretation of the traditional `mutram`, forms the green heart of this farmhouse, connecting all living spaces and creating a tranquil, private oasis for the family.

This expansive living area in one of our farmhouse projects showcases our approach to warm, luxurious interiors. We use a palette of rich textures, including natural wood ceilings and polished marble floors, to create a space that is both grand and inviting, with abundant natural light.

The play of light and shadow through this bespoke `jaali` screen is a signature element in our designs. It provides natural ventilation and passive cooling while casting intricate patterns, adding a layer of artistry and heritage to the modern interior.

The facade of the Eco Terre residence demonstrates our expertise in modern residential architecture and eco-friendly renovation. We combined wood cladding, large glass panels, and clean lines to create a visually striking exterior that respects its natural surroundings.

We integrate sustainable building techniques like this filler slab ceiling using terracotta pots. This method not only reduces the concrete load and improves thermal insulation, but also adds a unique, rustic aesthetic to the interior space.

Our designs extend to creating complete lifestyle experiences. This aerial view captures the leisure-focused heart of a farmhouse project, where the swimming pool is thoughtfully integrated within a courtyard, offering privacy and a resort-like feel.

We believe in creating sanctuary-like personal spaces. This bathroom blurs the line between indoors and outdoors, incorporating a live tree and natural stone to create a spa-like retreat that is connected to nature.

A grand entrance sets the tone for the entire home. For the Eco Terre project, we designed a powerful stone-clad entryway that frames a view through the house, creating a sense of arrival and hinting at the modern, open spaces within.

This is the Vidyut Kapoor Residence in Bangalore, a prime example of our modern architectural style using exposed brick. The design emphasizes clean geometric lines and the interplay of solid and void, creating a dynamic facade that interacts with natural light throughout the day.8
The interior of the Vidyut Kapoor Residence reveals a double-height living space, a signature element in our designs. This feature, combined with expansive glass doors and exposed brick walls, creates an airy, light-filled home that seamlessly connects to the surrounding green space.
We also undertake large-scale projects like this estate house in Thrissur for Mr. Alex. The design balances a grand scale with traditional architectural forms, including sloping tiled roofs and deep verandas, creating a stately yet welcoming family home.
An internal courtyard in the Nivriti residence in Jakkur, Bangalore, serves as a private green oasis. We often incorporate such courtyards to improve natural light and ventilation, fostering a tranquil connection with nature within the home's footprint.

We believe in dissolving the lines between indoors and outdoors. This landscaped terrace for HAUS 5 in Bengaluru features a traditional Mangalore tile roof, brick flooring, and a custom live-edge table, creating a tropical yet modern space for relaxation and work.
Color can tell a story. For this Bengaluru apartment, a captivating Parisian blue paneled wall becomes the centerpiece, camouflaging doors and creating a sense of intrigue and personality, showcasing our ability to craft eclectic and vibrant interiors.
A home should reflect the passions of its owners. This bedroom in the Kamala Residence was inspired by the client's love for deep-sea diving, featuring marine life patterns laser-cut into the oxide flooring and a sea-green patina wall, making the space deeply personal.

This staircase in our Courtyard Glasshouse project is the heart of the home. We designed it around an indoor garden, allowing dappled sunlight to filter through the space, creating a living connection between the interiors and the natural world.8

An aerial view of our 'Abode in the Mountains' project in Chikmagalur. The residence is carefully sited to maximize the spectacular views of the Western Ghats while minimizing its impact on the lush landscape.25
This modern home is nestled amidst the dense greenery of the hills. The design uses a combination of natural stone, wood, and large glass panels to create a structure that feels like a natural extension of the mountain itself.
The master bedroom in the Chikmagalur residence, where a feature wall of stacked wooden blocks adds texture and warmth. A large window frames the mountain view, making it the primary artwork in the room.
This bedroom opens onto a private balcony with panoramic views of the hills. The use of wood paneling on the walls and floor creates a cozy, cabin-like feel, perfect for a mountain retreat.

This is where the magic happens after sunset. For the Amberle farmhouse, I designed a custom lighting scheme with subtle LEDs under the steps to create an inviting glow, transforming the garden into an enchanting space that beckons you outdoors.8
I believe landscape architecture can create a legacy. For 'The Palace Promised', I designed a landscape of pure grandeur, with manicured lawns and classical stone details that complement the magnificent scale of this 30,000 sq. ft. masterpiece.
This is a preview of 'Zen Oasis', a contemporary residence where the landscape and architecture are one. The design uses clean lines and large glass openings to blur the boundary between the lush exterior and the serene interior living spaces.
My philosophy is to work with nature, not against it. At the 'Grid in the Grove' farmhouse, the entire design was built around the existing coconut grove, creating a rustic, Hampi-inspired retreat that feels completely integrated with its surroundings.
