Creative Art and Drawing Classes for Kids
A glimpse into our studio where imagination meets skill. From those first joyful crayon strokes to detailed canvas work, see how my students bring their creativity to life.
I always say, "small hands, big work." This video shows some of my youngest students completely absorbed in their drawings. I often help guide their hands to teach them the right way to hold a crayon and apply color, building their confidence from the very start.
This banner gives you a quick look at the wide range of art forms we explore in my classes. From sketching and soft pastel painting to charcoal and canvas work, there is something for every child to discover and fall in love with.
About Additional Work & Class Moments
In my studio, we don't just focus on the final drawing. For my youngest students, you will often see me sitting right there, guiding their hands as they learn the right grip for a crayon. It is these small, early moments of mastering a stroke that build the confidence they need to eventually handle complex acrylics or charcoal later on.
Art is a journey of discovery, not just a competition to draw the perfect picture. Whether it is a seven-year-old experimenting with pencil shading or an older student mastering acrylic blending on canvas, my goal is to teach children how to think creatively rather than just copying images.
We keep our batches small at our Sector 72 studio so that every child receives the attention they deserve. This allows me to adapt to each student's pace. If a child needs help with hand-eye coordination, we spend time on basic geometric shapes and motor skills. If they are ready to explore, we dive into advanced mediums like charcoal, coffee painting, and mandala art.
Everything you see here, from the messy clay modeling projects to the precise charcoal sketches, happens in a no-pressure environment. My students learn that it is okay to make mistakes because that is where real learning begins. We run both weekday and weekend sessions, so we can find a slot that fits your child's schedule comfortably.
Khushiyan Drawing Classes
I am the teacher behind KDAAC, and I believe art is for every child, no matter their current skill level. My studio is my happy place, filled with my students' laughter and their beautiful, creative experiments. I just help them find their own path with a brush or pencil in hand.
