About Our Young Artists' Gallery
You don't need a budding Picasso to join us. Our studio is built on the belief that art is about the process, not just the final product. When kids join our sessions, they aren't just learning to paint or sculpt; they are building the confidence to say 'I made this.' We handle the cleanup and supply the materials, so you just bring your curious kid and let them get a bit messy.
Why Art Matters for Kids
Art is more than just a hobby. For children, it is a way to process emotions, build focus, and develop fine motor skills. Whether your child is 5 or 14, our studio offers a safe space where they can explore without the pressure of grades or rules. We see kids who walk in feeling unsure of themselves leave with a massive grin and a painting they are genuinely proud of.
Our Approach to Teaching
We keep things hands-on and mentor-guided. Our artists are there to facilitate, not dictate. If a child wants to paint a cat neon green, we encourage it. We focus on the 'how' of art—teaching color blending, sketching techniques, and sculpting basics—while letting them drive the 'what.' This freedom is what makes our young artists' gallery so diverse, ranging from surrealist paintings to detailed clay work.
What You Can Expect
- Flexible Sessions: Drop-in for a one-off session to explore acrylics, clay, or sketching. No long-term commitment is required.
- Skill Building: For those interested in more, our Junior Artist Bundles focus on specific mediums like charcoal or canvas painting for ages 9 to 14.
- Themed Camps: During holidays, we run specialized camps focusing on famous art movements or specific techniques.
- All-Inclusive: We provide the easels, high-quality paints, clay, and aprons. You don't need to bring anything except an open mind.
Located in Sector 42, Gurugram, our studio is designed to be a third space—a place between home and school where kids can just be themselves. Whether you are looking for a weekend activity or a dedicated after-school hobby, we have a spot waiting.
Alive Studio
I started Alive Studio because I wanted a space where art felt accessible, not intimidating. We aren't a formal school with strict syllabi; we are a community hub where messy hands are a sign of a good time. My team and I are here to cheer your child on, guide their technique, and make sure they leave with a smile and something new they created themselves.
