About Drawing & Painting Showcase
We focus on small batches of 8 to 12 students to ensure I can give each child personal attention, whether they are learning pencil shading, folk art, or working on 3D models. You do not need to worry about basic supplies like chart paper or stencils because I provide those for all our themed projects. Just bring a drawing file and your coloring kit to start the journey.
Our Ramesh Nagar studio provides a space where children can experiment without the pressure of being perfect. I believe art acts as a form of practice, helping kids build patience and focus while having fun.
What the curriculum covers
We build a strong foundation starting with basic shapes, pencil shading, and color theory. As students gain confidence, we move into more engaging mediums like oil pastels, poster colors, and plastic crayons. My classes are structured to keep things fresh, mixing drawing with hands-on craft activities like origami, paper cutting, and 3D model making using paper cups. We also explore Indian folk arts like Warli and Mandala, which help students understand traditional patterns and geometry in a fun way.
Classes and Timing
Sessions run on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5 to 6 PM. Since we keep batches small, every student gets the room to express their unique style. I also host special festive workshops for events like Diwali and Holi, where we create things like decorative torans or festive crafts.

My name is Geetu Khemani and I lead the art and craft sessions at our Ramesh Nagar studio. I love seeing a child's face light up when they finish their first drawing, so I focus on making every session personal and fun. We keep the environment relaxed, mixing creative freedom with structured learning to help every student grow.
