- Home or Gym: Delhi NCR mein aapke ghar pe aakar train karna ho ya aapke local gym mein, main wahan pahunch jaunga. Exercise form correction mera priority hai taaki injury na ho.
- Accountability: Remote coaching wale clients ke liye, main video analysis karta hoon. Agar form galat hai, toh WhatsApp pe bataunga. Roz check-ins hote hain, koi bach nahi sakta.
Fitness ka matlab sirf muscle banana nahi hai, yeh hormonal balance aur achhi neend ke baare mein bhi hai. 65 saal ke seniors se lekar college ke ladko tak, maine sabko train kiya hai.
