Seated Poses for Flexibility and Calm

In my classes, we explore deep stretches for the hips, spine, and shoulders to release physical tension and quiet the mind. This collection includes forward bends like Prasarita Padottanasana and hip openers like Gomukhasana, which are excellent for recovery and introspection.
