Professional Storytelling Training for Educators & Corporates
Transform your teaching and leadership with experiential storytelling. I guide educators and teams to use narrative, voice, and movement to build genuine connection and effective communication.
It was a privilege to design a certified course for the Neev group of institutions. Here I am with a group of their academic coordinators, beginning a journey into using deep listening and storytelling to build language and imagination in the classroom.
Teaching a group of 35 eager teachers at Gopalan International School. Here, I am breaking down the core qualities of a good storyteller, like patience, focus, and energy, which are just as crucial for educators.
An activity with the teachers at Gopalan International School. We used this large, open space to practice group storytelling exercises, focusing on collaboration and building a shared narrative.
Connection is key. This circle of teachers holding hands is a physical representation of the community and trust we build in my workshops, which is essential for creating a positive learning environment.
Addressing over 200 professionals at Technip FMC in Noida for a Women's Day celebration. I used my own anecdotal journey to discuss gender sensitivity, inclusion, and using storytelling as a tool for corporate communication.
A collage showing my certified tellers in action at BBUL Jain Vidyalaya. It fills me with pride to see them engaging students with tales and activities, keeping the oral art of storytelling thriving in schools.
An energetic session with teachers at The Shriram School in Delhi. Even on a cold morning, we got everyone moving, using their bodies to explore characters and scenes, turning the workshop into a playground of stories.
Interacting with a group of 70 teachers from 40 different schools in Indore. My workshops for educators are highly interactive, designed to give them practical tools they can immediately use in their classrooms.
A moment of play and connection between two teachers during my workshop in Indore. I believe that when learning is fun, education becomes truly effective.
Speaking at the 'Seekho Learning Series' in Indore. I focus on showing teachers how storytelling can boost happiness and learning in the classroom, making education a more engaging and energetic experience.
About Training for Educators & Corporates
My workshops are rarely about sitting in chairs and taking notes. Whether I am at the Kathalaya Academy or a corporate office in Noida, we use a 'Voice Toolkit'—vowel play, movement, and rhythmic breathing—to help you find your unique storytelling rhythm. You will not just learn techniques; you will learn how to hold a room of 200 adults or a classroom of energetic children through the power of genuine presence.
Storytelling is the oldest form of communication, yet it is often the most neglected skill in modern education and business. In my training for schools and corporate houses, we strip away the PPTs and scripts to return to the core of human connection.
For Educators
Teaching is a performance. When I work with institutions like Neev, The Shriram School, or Gopalan International, the focus is on creating a bridge between the teacher and the child. We cover:
- Voice Modulation: Using pitch, pace, and pause to command attention.
- Embodied Learning: Moving from talking at students to being part of the story.
- Classroom Engagement: Turning a routine lesson into an inquiry-based experience.
For Corporates
In the boardroom, stories are a tool for inclusion, empathy, and leadership. My sessions for organizations like Technip FMC focus on using anecdote and narrative to drive gender sensitivity and team cohesion. It is not about telling a story for effect; it is about finding the 'Anthardhwani'—your inner voice—so that when you speak, people truly listen.
The Methodology
My approach is experiential. We sit in circles, we use puppets, and we practice active listening. You will walk away with a toolkit of exercises you can apply the very next day. Whether you are an academic coordinator looking to refine your pedagogy or a manager trying to build a more collaborative team, these workshops provide the space to experiment, fail safely, and grow.
If you are ready to move beyond standard training models and experience the true power of oral traditions, I invite you to join the circle.
