I do not believe in pre-recorded lectures, so every online session I facilitate is live. What the Foundation Course Covers

My Level 1 Online Foundation Course is a 3-day journey designed to be as hands-on as possible. We cover:

• The Voice Toolkit: Exercises for pitch, pause, pace, and vowel clarity. You will learn to use your voice as an instrument, not just a tool for talking.
• Physicality: How to use gestures and facial expressions to convey emotion, even when your audience is on the other side of a monitor.
• Narrative Structure: How to build a story that hooks an audience from the first sentence.
