You do not need to be an artist to join these sessions. Every workshop, whether it focuses on mask-making or embracing imperfection, provides all the materials you need to explore your creative process in a judgment-free, trauma-sensitive environment.
Why Expressive Arts Therapy?

What to Expect
These sessions are designed for individuals aged 16 and above who are curious about self-exploration. We intentionally create a safe, supportive group dynamic where your only task is to show up with an open mind. We move away from the pressure to produce 'good' art, focusing instead on the act of creation as a tool for personal transformation.
