My approach is personal and hands-on. I work with each person to help them connect with their body and breath, gently guiding them toward a deeper state of awareness and self-acceptance.

You will use journaling, expressive therapy, and meditative walks to reframe your personal scripts. I chose the foothills of Arunachala in Tiruvannamalai because the mountain acts as a teacher. The centuries-old silence here is palpable. It is not empty space; it is a weight that forces you to confront the stories you carry within yourself. We balance this intensity with:
