Stories of Transformation: Voices from Our Community
These are not just reviews; they are echoes of the inner shifts our participants experienced. Step into the journeys of those who finally let themselves be heard.
Mona shares her experience from a beginner's course, speaking of the powerful questions and enlightening conversations that transported her soul. This is the deep connection I strive to create.
About Voices of Transformation: Participant Stories
It is rarely about learning the mere mechanics of telling a story. As Mona, one of our participants from Bhopal, shared after her recent three-day course, the real breakthrough happened when she finally allowed herself to express what she had been holding inside. The exercises we do with voice, movement, and silence are not about performance; they are about unlocking the parts of you that have been waiting to be heard.
Participants often come to our sessions carrying a heavy bag of questions, much like Mona did. During our intensive courses and residential retreats, we dismantle the pressure to perform and replace it with the permission to be. Whether we are gathered at the Kathalaya Arts Centre in Bangalore or deep in the stillness of Tiruvannamalai, the curriculum remains anchored in one goal: to help you find your Anthardhwani, or inner voice.
We do not lecture. We work with puppets, masks, and rhythm to bypass the logical mind. When you stop worrying about how you sound and start focusing on what you feel, something happens. You will find that the 'funny' group activities we do are actually profound tools for releasing pent-up emotions and rewriting your own life script.
Many of our participants, from corporate professionals to parents, come seeking a new skill and find a new way to live. They leave with a cartload of experiences and a toolbox for self-reflection that stays with them long after the workshop ends. If you are feeling stuck or simply looking to connect with a deeper part of yourself, know that this is a safe, supportive space for you to begin your own story of transformation.
Geeta Ramanujam
I have been walking this path of storytelling for 45 years, yet every time a new group joins me, I feel the same thrill. My workshops are not lectures; they are spaces where we gather to peel back the layers and find the voice you did not know you had. Come, let us sit together and explore.
