Art feels best when we create it together. Join my community workshops and healing sessions where the focus isn't on perfection, but on connection, expression, and finding your own flow.

A wonderful group photo from our Dot Mandala workshop. It's always amazing to see people of all ages and skill levels come together to create something beautiful.

These photos are from an art therapy session at a healing retreat in Gir. Participants painted their emotions onto t-shirts, using color and strokes as a language for what's inside.

This was my last "Strokes and Stories" session in Bangalore before I moved. These meetups are about more than just art; they are about building a community, and I look forward to starting them in Ahmedabad.

A glimpse into our dot mandala workshop, which feels more like a picnic than a class. These sessions are a great platform to meet other artists, share your work, and make real-life connections.

Another happy group from one of my outdoor workshops. Bringing art to events creates a memorable, interactive experience and gives guests a unique souvenir to take home.

A collage from our Warli painting session in the park. I love hosting these art meetups and I'm always looking for new cities to visit. Let me know where I should come next.

Selfies and smiles from our Dot Mandala session. I love meeting my students and fellow artists in person and seeing the joy that creating together brings.

More happy faces from the workshop. It's so rewarding to see everyone proudly holding up the mandalas they created during our session.

Here I am explaining the dotting technique during the workshop. I keep the atmosphere relaxed and supportive, so everyone feels comfortable to ask questions and experiment.

Posing with participants and their finished dot mandalas. Each one is unique, which is the beauty of finding your own creative flow.

About Join the Community: Workshops & Art Therapy

These sessions are less of a formal classroom and more of an open art picnic. Whether we are trying dot mandalas or Warli painting on canvas, I provide the supplies, clear guidance, and a safe space where you can share stories as freely as you share your art. We keep the groups small so everyone gets one-on-one attention while we chat and create at our own pace.

A Different Approach to Learning

I believe the magic of art happens when you let go of the need for flawless lines. In my 'Strokes and Stories' sessions, we move away from the traditional workshop format. There are no grading systems, no judgment, and no 'right' way to hold a brush. My goal is to guide you through the process, not just the product.

What You Can Expect

Every session is designed to be accessible, whether you are a complete beginner or someone looking to refine your style.

  • Art Picnics: Often held in outdoor settings, these gatherings allow us to disconnect from our screens and reconnect with our creative side. We bring all the materials, so all you need to bring is yourself.
  • Skill-Based Sessions: From dot mandala grids to traditional Warli storytelling, we pick a specific art form to focus on, but the conversation remains the heart of the experience.
  • Healing Through Creativity: My art therapy sessions are built for emotional expression. Using color and stroke as a language, we work through memories and feelings in a controlled, supportive environment.

Why Join Our Community

These workshops are about building a network. I have seen students meet, share their own work, and form genuine friendships that last long after the session ends. When you join a session, you are not just attending a class; you are becoming part of a community that values authenticity. I frequently host these sessions and I am always looking for new cities to bring this energy to, so if you have a space in mind, let me know.

I’m a doctor who traded the stethoscope for a paintbrush because I believe art heals differently than medicine. I don’t teach rigid techniques; I help you find the rhythm in your own hand. Whether you’ve never held a brush or just want a space to feel, you belong here.
