I turn flat walls into art using stone and concrete. Whether it is parametric waves or hand-carved murals, I create surfaces that add depth and movement to your space.

A detailed view of a sculptural wall panel, showing the interplay of smooth and rough textures. I designed this to capture the feeling of natural, flowing movement in solid stone.

Another perspective on our sculptural panels. Notice how the light catches the different depths of the carving, creating subtle shadows that change throughout the day. This is how a wall becomes a living piece of art.

This video showcases a variety of our sculptural and textured wall applications, from nature-inspired reliefs to abstract geometric forms. It demonstrates how a custom surface can set the entire mood of a space, whether it's for contrast, harmony, or pure drama.

This living space features our concrete fluted walls. The vertical lines create an illusion of height and rhythm, while the spotlights highlight the texture, turning a simple wall into a sophisticated architectural feature.

A private, meditative space defined by our 'Cocooned Sands' surface. The abstract, organic lines carved into the walls and floor create a seamless, enveloping feel, proving that a room can be both minimal and deeply expressive.

Here, I used heavily textured stone panels to create a dramatic corner. The integrated strip lighting emphasizes the raw, rugged finish of the stone, creating a powerful contrast with the smooth, modern furniture.

A look at one of our parametric wall installations. The undulating waves are precisely cut to create a fluid, optical effect. This type of wall is perfect for lobbies or feature areas where you want to make a bold, modern statement.

This is our 'Drape' concrete panel system on a building's facade, designed by Arc Dezine. The hanging panels create a sense of fluidity and defy the heavy nature of concrete, resulting in a truly sculptural and gravity-defying exterior.

A close-up of our 'Recursion' wall panels. These modular concrete panels can be arranged in various permutations to create a sense of balanced geometry, inspired by the Bauhaus principle that form follows function.

The 'Recursion' concrete wall panels installed in a double-height living room. The varying depths of the squares create a dynamic, geometric tapestry that serves as a monumental art piece in itself.

About Sculptural & 3D Wall Panels

People often worry about how deep 3D panels will look on their specific walls or if they will feel too heavy. I solve this by creating custom CAD mockups and 1x1 ft prototypes before we ever touch a stone slab, ensuring the scale and weight work perfectly for your ceiling height and lighting conditions.

When you choose 3D wall panels, you are moving away from standard flat surfaces toward something that interacts with your room's lighting. My approach relies on a mix of technology and manual finishing to achieve this.

The Design Process

Everything starts with a 3D CAD model. Whether you want a geometric parametric design or an organic, flowing mural, I plot the surface geometry first. This allows us to adjust the 'relief' or depth of the carving so it catches the light exactly how you want it during different times of the day.

Material Selection

  • UHPC (Ultra-High Performance Concrete): This is my go-to for large-scale, lightweight panels. It is durable enough for exteriors and facades but versatile enough for complex 3D shapes.
  • Natural Stone: For that premium, solid feel, I use sandstone or marble. We use 3-axis CNC carving to reach depths of 15mm to 30mm, creating bold shadows that bring the wall to life.

Why Hand-Finishing Matters

While CNC machines handle the heavy lifting and precise geometric cuts, machines cannot replicate the character of hand-carved stone. After the initial carving, I work with a team of skilled craftsmen to sand, texture, and detail the edges. This combination ensures you get the accuracy of a machine with the soul of hand-worked stone. We also handle the engineering behind the scenes, including back-grooving for mechanical anchors so your panels are safe and secure on any wall type.

I am Pavi, and I believe walls should tell a story. I bridge the gap between heavy, unyielding materials like stone and concrete and the fluid, organic shapes you see in modern design, ensuring every texture is something you want to touch.
