I started Kasa Decor to prove that floors and walls tell stories. Here is how we blend mechanical precision with human craft.

"Three Signature Categories, One Timeless Brand." This graphic introduces our core offerings: bespoke tiles, stone, and concrete, which form the soul of every space we touch.

A collage showcasing our bespoke stone work. Its timeless appeal makes it a preferred choice for both modern and traditional design palettes, elevating spaces with refined sophistication.

"Our Clients' Story." Every space tells a story, and ours begin with our clients' vision. This graphic introduces a series of testimonials from the architects and designers I've collaborated with.

A client testimonial from Shivam Sardana of Arc Dezine. He speaks to our ability to deliver products that reflect craftsmanship, innovation, and elegance for high-end projects.

"Every surface has a soul; ready to meet yours?" This is our invitation to start a project with us. We believe in creating spaces that resonate on an emotional level.

A look back at the beginning of Kasa Decor. My family's precision-driven approach in manufacturing laid the foundation for a new era in surfaces and decor.

"The Story Behind KASA." This graphic represents our journey, born from a love for textured elegance, bold design, and quality craftsmanship.

An explanation of our craftsmanship. We combine precision tools like CNC routers and waterjets with the skilled hands of artisans who bring decades of experience to every detail.

A bit about me, Pavi Bhasin. As a Mechanical Engineering graduate, I brought theory to life by diving deep into the business, which led me to launch Kasa Decor in 2006.

About Our Story & Brand Philosophy

I grew up in the family lock business, where precision wasn't just a goal; it was the baseline. When I started Kasa Decor in 2006, I carried that engineering discipline into every surface we build. Whether it is a parametric wall panel or a marble inlay, we don't just cut stone; we program the CNC to respect the material's grain, ensuring that every carve fits with mechanical accuracy before our team finishes the edges by hand.

People often ask why a mechanical engineer is obsessed with tile and stone. The answer lies in the intersection of logic and art. At Kasa Decor, we reject the idea that surface design is just about buying material off a shelf. My process is defined by the shop drawing phase—before a single piece of stone is cut, we map out the geometry, the stress points, and the finish flow.

We use 3-axis CNC fabrication to achieve tolerances that are impossible by hand alone, specifically for our parametric stone panels and intricate metallic inlays. Yet, machines have no soul. That is where our skilled workers step in. Once the CNC roughs out the complex curves or deep-relief carvings, the team takes over to sand, hone, and seal, ensuring the final piece feels like it was born from the earth, not a factory floor.

We handle everything from the initial moodboard to the final installation. This is not just about picking a design; it is about engineering a surface that holds up to the reality of Indian spaces. Whether you want a statement mural in a luxury residence or a custom concrete partition for a retail outlet, my focus is on surfaces that last.

I'm Pavi. I believe your floors and walls should be the first things to tell your story when someone enters a room. I founded Kasa Decor to combine my engineering background with traditional hand-finishing, creating surfaces that are both smart and soulful.
