Coordinated Wedding Outfits for Families
At Kalasthree, the best part of my work is when I get to dress entire families. From mothers and daughters to groups of bridesmaids, I love finding a thread of unity in every look while letting your individual styles shine through.
There is nothing more special than the bond between a mother and daughter. It was a joy to dress this beautiful bride and her mother for the wedding day. This picture truly warms my heart.
A bride surrounded by her tribe. I designed the bride's green and pink saree and blouse, and also coordinated outfits for her bridesmaids for the Haldi ceremony.
A simple and elegant look. This purple mul saree with a grey tie-back blouse is perfect for a bridesmaid or a wedding guest who wants to look effortlessly chic.

A candid moment of friendship and celebration during the bride's Haldi ceremony.

About this collection
When I work with a family, I start by looking for a shared palette or a common fabric thread that unites everyone without making you look like clones. Whether it is coordinating your blouse embroideries with the bride's lehenga or ensuring the sarees for the bridesmaids complement the overall wedding theme, I make sure the entire group feels connected yet distinct.
I have spent 13 years seeing how an outfit can bring people closer together. When a bride trusts me with her wedding saree, the biggest compliment is when she brings her mother or sister in for their own outfits later.
The Art of Coordination
Coordinating family outfits in Bengaluru does not have to mean identical clothes. My approach focuses on connected elegance. We might use the same Kanjeevaram silk weave for the mother and daughter but change the styling, or keep a base color palette constant while allowing each bridesmaid to choose a silhouette that fits her comfort.
Why Start Early?
Planning for a family or bridal party involves multiple fitting sessions, which is why I recommend reaching out as soon as your wedding dates are finalized. We need time to source fabrics, coordinate color swatches, and ensure that every blouse embroidery detail, from the necklines to the sleeve borders, is perfect for each individual.
Whether you are planning a Sangeet, a Haldi, or the main wedding day, my studio in Padmanabhanagar is open to discuss how we can create a cohesive look for your tribe that feels authentic to who you are.
