About this collection
Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your fight IQ, our programs are built for consistency. We have structured our schedule so you can train seven days a week, mixing striking and grappling to build real-world skills. It is not about hitting peak intensity for a week and burning out; it is about showing up, drilling the basics, and actually getting better, little by little. You will find that our HSR Layout facility is designed to support that daily grind, with open mats and class sessions that let you train at your own pace.
Our Core Philosophy: 1% Better Every Day
The name Kaizen comes from the Japanese concept of continuous improvement. We do not look for overnight miracles. Instead, we break down complex martial arts into small, manageable techniques that you can master over time. If you improve by 1% each session, the compounding effect over a year is massive. That is the goal.
What We Teach
We focus on a balanced approach to combat sports:
- Striking: Our program covers Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai. We teach footwork, defense, and how to chain combinations effectively.
- Grappling: This is where we break down the science of the ground game. We teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Wrestling, and Judo to help you control your opponent, perform takedowns, and finish from the bottom or top position.
- MMA Synthesis: Our 'Road to UFC' and mixed classes help you blend these disciplines. Learning to transition from a strike to a takedown is what sets a martial artist apart from someone who just hits pads.
Training Schedule & Accessibility
We are one of the few academies open 7 days a week because consistency is the only way to get better.
- Weekday Batches: We run morning and evening sessions to fit your work or college schedule, covering specific blocks like Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and Striking.
- Weekend Open Mats: These are our favorite sessions. It is the time to chill, drill, and roll without the pressure of a structured class. All levels are welcome.
Our HSR Layout gym is built for function. You will find professional high-density grappling mats, heavy bags, and a space where the culture is non-toxic. Everyone from total newbies to pro fighters trains together here. If you are nervous about starting, don't be. Just show up. We will handle the rest.
Kaizen MMA
I am Piyush, head coach here. I started Kaizen because I wanted to build a place where you can actually learn the craft, not just work up a sweat. We are a family—if you are ready to put in the work and join the squad, come say hi.
