This is the part I love most, the finishing touches. This is when all the planning and hard work come together, and you can feel the space coming to life. It's a beautiful, beautiful feeling.
A day of material sourcing in Delhi for a new project. The markets here offer an incredible variety of materials, and I love the excitement of finding the perfect mouldings to bring a design to life.

Every project I take on goes through a rigorous loop of 3D visualization, active material sourcing, and strict site supervision to ensure the 'dream' on the screen doesn't get lost in translation. I don't just hand over a plan and walk away; I stay involved until the last fixture is installed because I believe the difference between a good space and a great one is in these final, critical details.
My design process is built on clarity and direct involvement. I don't believe in surprises, which is why I start every project by shaping your vision on the screen.
Phase 1: Visualization & Planning
Before a single brick is moved, we create detailed 3D renders. This isn't just for aesthetics; it's our roadmap. We finalize color palettes, material textures, and lighting plans here so you know exactly what you are getting.
Phase 2: Sourcing & Material Selection
Whether it's finding the perfect wall moulding in Delhi markets or selecting fabrics at my studio, I am hands-on. I don't just specify products from a catalogue; I look for quality and durability that fits your budget. This is where we ensure the technical specs, like 4000K lighting or specific plywood grades, align with the design intent.
Phase 3: Site Execution & Supervision
This is the most important part. A design is only as good as its execution. I manage the entire process, coordinating between contractors and overseeing the installation. From managing the 'chaotic' middle stage of construction to the final finishing touches—where the fans are hung and the decor is placed—I am on the floor ensuring everything meets the mark.
