About The Design Journey: From Concept to Reality
A lot of people ask me why I fly to Foshan just to pick out tiles or check door hinges. It is because I do not want you paying huge showroom markups just for a brand name. When I oversee the farma (mould) or the exact slab cut, I ensure you get that international finish for a fraction of the cost. It is about getting the quality right at the source, not just picking from a catalog.
Designing a home is not just about choosing colors on a screen. It is a messy, rewarding journey that I am personally involved in every day. From our early meetings where we sketch out your layout to the actual construction at sites like Vasant Kunj or SG Shikhar Height, I am there.
My process is simple. We start by listening to what you actually need, not just what is trendy. I have spent over a decade traveling to China to find materials that most designers ignore because they are too much work to source. Whether it is sourcing a specific magnetic concealed door system or checking the structural integrity of a folded staircase, I do the legwork so you do not have to.
We do not just hand over a set of drawings and disappear. I am on-site to make sure the electrical points are where you need them and that the carpentry finishes are actually smooth. You will see us handling everything from 3D renders that help you visualize the final kitchen, to the nitty-gritty of civil work and plumbing. We believe that if I am designing it, I should be the one making sure it is built right. It saves you time, prevents the headache of coordinating with ten different vendors, and keeps the budget in check because we cut out the middleman. By the time we reach the handover stage, you are not just getting a house. You are getting a space that has been checked, polished, and perfected by me, personally.
